Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ride, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for Onewheel boards and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your Onewheel and any accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund minus applicable restocking fees.
